  2. Tailored Questionnaires: The form, while simple, was tailored to capture the specific order details alongside the customer's delivery phone number. This ensured clarity in understanding which order the phone number corresponded to.

  3. Seamless Integration: Once the customer filled the form, Zapier instantly grabbed the phone number input and appended it to the order's shipping details on Etsy.

  4. Error Reduction: By eliminating manual communication and entries, the process became more foolproof. Phone numbers were directly entered by customers, erasing chances of miscommunication or misentries.

Result

Post the integration of this automated system, the Etsy vendor experienced a significant reduction in time spent on manual communications. Not only were customers more prompt in providing their phone numbers via the form, but the whole shipping process became more streamlined. What once was a potential bottleneck in their operations now ran smoothly, saving hours and reducing the scope for errors.
