For Calgary realtors

Your business card links to a website. Your follow-up is the iceberg.

You hand a card over at an open house. That night they look you up, find your brokerage's template page, and leave without a word. The ones who do fill in a form wait two days for a reply. I build a site that feels like you, and the system beneath it: leads to your phone, follow-ups that go out on time, past clients who hear from you. You own all of it.

A Calgary realtor in front of a sold home
Your name, your photo, your neighbourhoods. On a domain that follows you, not your brokerage.

Most agents don't need more leads. They need to answer the ones they get.

The headshot is from 2019, the bio names your old brokerage, and the contact form emails an inbox you check on Sundays. Each of those quietly costs you a client. Here's what moves underneath instead.

01 Your site

A site that looks like you, not like every other agent at your brokerage.

Designed around your brand, your photo and the areas you know. Beautiful on a phone, which is where buyers start. On your own domain, so it stays yours when you switch brokerages.

Off your plate
  • A cookie-cutter brokerage page
  • Rebuilding everything when you move offices
02 Leads

A form fill at 10 p.m. reaches your phone at 10 p.m.

Every inquiry lands in one place with what they're looking for: buying or selling, area, timing. They get a reply right away, in your words, and you get the details to call back.

Off your plate
  • Visitors who look around and leave with no way to reach you
  • Digging through three inboxes for one lead
03 Follow-up

The second and third touch go out on time, without you remembering.

Buyers can book a call or a showing from your site. The polite follow-ups after an open house or a quiet week are queued for you, and you approve what goes out.

Off your plate
  • Phone tag over a 15-minute call
  • The lead that went cold because you got busy
04 Past clients

Referrals come from people who remember you.

A home anniversary note, a review request after closing, and testimonials that land on your site. New headshot or new listing? Text me. It's live that day.

Off your plate
  • A spreadsheet of past clients you mean to call
  • Paying someone for a one-line change
A personal brand, with a system behind it

The tip, and what's under it.

TipA business coach's website, built around her name and her voice.

UnderneathA member academy her clients log into. Like an agent, her business is her name, so the site has to sound like her and the system has to keep clients close after the first sale.

Questions

What do I need to give you to get started?

A headshot, your contact info, a few sentences about yourself and the areas you cover. That's it. If you don't have a good headshot yet, I work with what you've got.

Do I need my own domain?

If you have one, I use it. If not, I set one up for you, something like yournamecalgary.ca, registered in your name.

What if I switch brokerages?

Text me and I update the site. Your website belongs to you, not your brokerage, so your leads and your domain come with you.

Do I own my website?

Yes. It's a custom site you own outright: the code, the data, the domain and the accounts. Support from $100 a month is optional, and you keep everything if you stop.

Can I see it before it goes live?

Yes. You get a preview link and review it before anything goes live. The work is paid in milestones, so you see each stage before the next one.

I already have a website but it's bad. Can you replace it?

That's where most agents start. I build the new one alongside the old and handle the switchover so nothing breaks.

Come up for air

Your next client is Googling you right now. Be the agent who answers first.

Give me 30 minutes. We'll find where your leads go quiet, and you'll leave with a plan and a price, whether you hire me or not.
