I Build It
Fixed price, paid in milestones. A custom-coded site, local SEO, Google Business Profile setup and Cloudflare hosting, plus the system underneath it. You own the code and the hosting.
After launch

No retainer, no SaaS lock-in. Want booking automation or a custom dashboard later? I add it on top of what you already have, and you only pay for the addition.

Questions I get all the time
How much does it cost?
$4,500–$10,000 for a website with the system, as a fixed price after the free call. At the start of that range: a custom-coded site, local SEO baseline, Google Business Profile setup, Cloudflare hosting setup and a lead capture form. Further up: booking automation, a customer database and instant text replies, or a custom back-office dashboard with payroll, scheduling and ad-spend integration. Paid in milestones, and you own everything. No retainer, no monthly subscription. Hosting is your own (Cloudflare, $0–$20/mo direct). I set it up so you own it. Only need one focused fix? That starts at $1,200.
What if I need changes later?
You own the site, so you can update it yourself or hire anyone to help. If you want me to handle ongoing updates after launch, support is from $100 a month: hosting, backups and changes. It’s optional, and you keep everything if you stop.
Do I need to know how to code?
Nope. You tell me what you want on the free call. I build it, you approve it, I launch it. That’s it.
Will it show up on Google?
Yes. Every site I build is optimized for local Calgary searches (and Chestermere, Airdrie, Okotoks if you serve those suburbs). I handle all the technical SEO, from schema markup and site speed to mobile and Google Business Profile alignment, so Google can find you. More on that under local SEO in Calgary.
What about hosting?
Hosting is your own: Cloudflare Pages or Vercel, $0–$20/mo paid direct to the host. I set it up so you keep ownership and don’t depend on me to keep the site up. Domain renewal is about $15–25/yr direct to your registrar.
Need more than a website?
The website is just the tip.
If your site already brings traffic but visitors don’t book, that’s a system problem, not a design problem. If you’re ready to run your whole shop from one screen, that’s the back office. Same operator. Same fixed-price discipline. Add layers only when you actually need them.
