Month 1: setup. Months 2–3: learning.
You tried building your own site on Wix or Squarespace. It still looks generic.
- Weekends lost to a page builder
- A site that looks like everyone else's
Custom-coded websites for Calgary solopreneurs. Not an agency template, not a Wix drag-and-drop. A fixed-price build, quoted on a free call. No retainer. You own the code and the hosting.
You need a professional website that works. Fast. Affordable. Yours. I build it at a fixed price, with no retainer, and you get back to running your business.
You tried building your own site on Wix or Squarespace. It still looks generic.
You're stuck paying $15–30 a month for a DIY platform and still can't update it without breaking something.
You looked at agencies. Big upfront numbers, long timelines. You don't need that. You need a website.
Your site isn't optimized. It doesn't rank. Customers don't know you exist.
A screen-share. I confirm a website is genuinely your bottleneck, or save you the build by pointing at a different fix.
A fixed-price build, quoted on the call. Custom-coded, not a template. Mobile, fast, schema-marked, optimized for local Calgary search.
Code and hosting are yours. Pay $0–$20 a month direct to the host (Cloudflare, Vercel), not to me. No SaaS lock-in, no “you stop paying, we shut it down.”
A website with the system is $4,500–$10,000, fixed price after the free call. For most solopreneurs that means $4,500 for a custom-designed, mobile-fast site with a lead-capture form, up to around $6,000 for a site that adds a working back-office for one core workflow (booking, Stripe payments, light CRM). Quoted up front before any work starts, paid in milestones. No retainer, no contract beyond the build. If you only need one focused fix, that starts from $1,200. Add local SEO on top if you need to rank as well as look professional.
You own the site, so you can update it yourself or hire anyone to help. If you want me to handle updates after launch, support is from $100 a month and optional. You text, I answer.
Nope. You tell me what you want on the free call. I build it, you approve it, I launch it. That's it.
Every site I build ships with the technical SEO baseline: schema markup, site speed, mobile, Google Business Profile alignment. So Google can find you. If you want active ranking work (citations, content, GBP optimization, ongoing on-page), that's separate local SEO work.
Hosting is your own: Cloudflare Pages or Vercel, $0–$20 a month paid direct to the host. I set it up so you keep ownership and don't depend on me to keep the site up. Domain renewal is about $15–25 a year, direct to your registrar.
If a website is genuinely your bottleneck, you get a fixed-price quote on the call. If it isn't, you walk with a one-page plan and zero obligation.
